What is pasteurisation?A heat process to destroy any bacteria present in milk, all Australian drinking milk must be pasteurised.

What breed of cows did Millers farm?Holstein Friesians.

How long does it take for a newly born calf to stand?Within 30 minutes of being born.

Do Millers still make ice cream?Absolutely YES! We still make premium ice cream on our Cowaramup family farm. We stopped farming & milking dairy cows, but we still make delicious ice cream using 100% Southwest milk.

Do Millers still do milking demonstrations?No, since we sold our dairy cows and stopped milking we no longer run the milking demonstrations.
