Our Milking Shed has joined the Margaret River Region Open Studios (MRROS) as a venue for the works of two talented local artists: sculptor Nigel Lullfitz and photographer Paul Donegan.
Nigel works in the steel fabrication industry and this strongly influences his sculpture practice. He uses industrial techniques to create sculptures from new and recycled materials, mainly steel and wood. Pictured above is one of Nigel’s fire pits, we think it’s pretty hot!
Paul is an internationally awarded professional photographer and he is showcasing his limited edition, supersized photographic landscape and wildlife art set in gorgeous museum quality frames.
Nigel and Paul are displaying their impressive work at our Milking Shed until the MRROS season ends on Sunday 13 May 2018. Make sure you pop out to the Milking Shed and have a chat with Paul or Nigel about their work. The lads are exhibiting daily between 10am – 4.30pm during MRROS.
MRROS is in its fifth year and has over 130 artists opening their doors around the Margaret River Region to share their creativity. It’s a beautiful time of year to take a leisurely drive around the region, get off the beaten, take in some art and meet some interesting folk.
